DynaVap faced a unique issue - providing a product that is illegal to advertise in certain states. Not only does this present obvious issues, but it also creates issues when using analytics to judge campaigns / products and calibrate for the next. This led to the idea of a limited run of shirts; Something our customers would want to wear in their daily lives that can act as a soft-selling platform by opening the conversation of what it was. This was such a shot in the dark that the office held a betting pool on which of the 3 designs would sell best. The winner, and my personal favorite, was the GamMaBot. A mech-robot built of parts of DynaVap products, such as the ‘shield’ being a filter screen, the head being DynaVap’s notable cap design, and the 2 ‘swords’ made of their wooden mouthpiece / condenser additive. After the design work I also found a viable shirt printer at a cost point suitable for DynaVap and worked with them to prepare the vector files properly for DTG printing.
