All good dogs…

The Flying Hound is a restaurant and bar in Fitchburg, WI. Their logo is a standard circular emblem with a silhouetted hound in the center. They contacted me through Braley Branding to celebrate their 10 year anniversary with a custom, one-off illustration of their hound to use on hoodies. After several rounds of concept sketches, a design was chosen and I began work in Adobe Illustrator. I worked intelligently with halftones to only need 4 inks, significantly cutting print costs. After the final design, I also worked with them to find a suitable garment printer and prepared the illustrator file accordingly.
