Someone had an idea, what do you think about this…
Every project has a client, and every client has ideas. This client just happened to be a board of members; however, working with the Monroe Street Merchants Association was an opportunity to better my skills interacting with clients, funneling ideas, and offering subtle direction. They needed a complete rebranding while staying in the realm of previous colors and design concepts that they had used. From concept sketching to final exports our working relationship was positive and each step of the process was met with excited approval from their board. That’s not to say this project didn’t have its failed concepts and creative blocks, but knowing how to turn a ‘no’ into productive feedback for the next iteration kept this experience a successful and positive one.
